  We had a great stay with iTrip St. Augustine at the Little Blue Cottage. The cottage was so cute, updated nicely, and the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was a great amenity and such a nice bonus after long days exploring. The unit was stocked really well for our stay with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do while visiting. Communication was excellent and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book with iTrip St. Augustine again.

  I’ve had a great experience with itrip! They take all the stress out of managing my rental — from handling guest messages to keeping the place spotless. Communication is always quick and clear, and they keep me updated without overwhelming me with details. Since working with them, my bookings have gone up and my property has never looked better. Highly recommend to any owner who wants peace of mind and steady income!

  COCKROACHES! We found cockroaches upon arrival and all they did for us was drop off a spray so that we could spray the home OURSELVES. We sprayed the home because they refused to give us a refund or relocate us. ONE DAY after spraying we found TWO more cockroaches in EACH bathroom. We called them for help and they told us there was nothing they could do. We have an infant and a 3 year old and 2 senior citizens with us. This has been a NIGHTMARE experience. We will NEVER trust this company ever again. NO solutions, HORRIBLE customer service. They didn't even want to help us. We had to leave the property and pay for a hotel out of pocket.

  This is my second stay here and I would recommend it to anyone! It was clean upon arrival with easy check-in and check-out instructions. Spacious living room and bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a great view! Coupons and coffee from local spots are an additional welcoming touch.
