- ADArlenis DominguezSep 2, 20251.0COCKROACHES! We found cockroaches upon arrival and all they did for us was drop off a spray so that we could spray the home OURSELVES. We sprayed the home because they refused to give us a refund or relocate us. ONE DAY after spraying we found TWO more cockroaches in EACH bathroom. We called them for help and they told us there was nothing they could do. We have an infant and a 3 year old and 2 senior citizens with us. This has been a NIGHTMARE experience. We will NEVER trust this company ever again. NO solutions, HORRIBLE customer service. They didn't even want to help us. We had to leave the property and pay for a hotel out of pocket.
