  the house when handing it over, a new house with so many problems and such expensive expenses, it's not fair all the poor quality they put in and so much that we have to pay for something that isn't worth it.

  Throughout the entire process from the very beginning, everything was exceptional. The sales process with Carolina Lemos was very clear and pleasant, she kindly answered all of my questions. From day one, when I met the construction manager, Willie Gonzalez, he gave me such confidence. He was always accessible, attentive, and helpful throughout every step of the process. I’m deeply grateful for his support and how he ensured that everything was of high quality, paying attention to every detail. I have no words to describe what an outstanding and invaluable employee he is. So much so that today, I truly feel he’s part of my family. Thank you, Willie, for everything you did. I also want to highlight all the help I received from Eren Arteaga, Loan Consultant, because she was always clear and kind throughout the entire process, as well as from Jennie Salazar, Loan Processor, who was equally professional, patient, and supportive every step of the way.
