  Updating on 10.22.25: adding pictures of how life is after buying a Ryan home. You get to live like this. No lighting in these rooms. All my furnitures is in the garage. Fun times. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of construction in my newly built home by Ryan Homes. The workmanship / construction falls far below what I expected from a builder of this reputation, and the experience has been frustrating and disheartening. Some of the major issues I’ve encountered include: • Baseboards that are dented, chipped, and poorly painted. • Uneven flooring on the second floor, with creaking and hollow sounds throughout. • Damaged doors, including French doors that look like they were dropped and hastily painted over. • Stairs and banisters with chips and damage from poor installation. • Sloppy paintwork inside and out, with drip marks, scuffs, and an inconsistent finish. • Visible beam showing in the first-floor ceiling, indicating a truss issue that should never have passed inspection. • Shower floor pan sealed improperly with grout, which is now cracking and leading to mold concerns. • Vent fans throughout the home rattle loudly with any wind, suggesting poor installation or low-quality materials. • Wall cracking in multiple areas, raising serious concerns about structural quality. Unfortunately, these problems are not isolated to my home. Several neighbors have experienced the same poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail in their Ryan Homes builds. Buying a home is a major investment, and the quality received here is simply unacceptable for the price paid. I expected better from Ryan Homes. I’m sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions and avoid the frustration and regret that comes with dealing with these issues. Be careful!

  We are relocating from out of state and cannot say enough about Gino and the Ryan Homes process. We interviewed many new builders in the area, but after speaking with Gino at Ryan Homes it was an easy decision. Gino is very organized, thorough, responsive, and he keeps us informed every step of the way. We are very excited for our new chapter and feel confident that the team at Ryan Homes will deliver us a great home.

  We were searching for homes in the St Cloud area and decided to stop by The Crossings community. We visited the model homes of all 4 builders in the community. The Ryan homes model was by far the best build quality in the community. When we arrived, we were greeted by Gabriela (The best sales agent/person you will meet) she introduced herself, let us know that she is available for any questions we may have and let us walk around the house. She was not pushy or following us around which is something that bugged me about other builder sales agents. The home was amazing, finishes are clean and the customer service is great! We started the purchase process which was seamless/transparent and we are happy to say our home is currently under construction at this community. Before the start of construction we met with the construction manager William which was very professional and transparent about everything that will go on during the construction phase. We are sent pictures daily to show the progress of construction. Overall the quality, price, friendliness and transparency that we have experienced has been amazing and I would recommend Ryan homes to anyone.
