Tiffany met us while we were exploring new options and showed us the Twin Lakes community and- we fell in love. She was our guide from drafting our dream to helping us bring it to fruition. She went above and beyond to help us from texting, to showing us old people how to log into the portal, to allowing us endless visits to the model home, hearing and helping us get our wishlist, and ultimately being a fantastic guide on this journey. Melvin deserves the highest praise. He listened to our concerns and walked us through the process. He posted regular updates on the portal, met us while working on the project and provided a detailed final walkthrough. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we are exited to start our new adventure at Twin Lakes.
