While I appreciate the eventual follow-up, the delay was too significant for us to move forward. We have officially withdrawn our interest in this community. I am requesting that the builder’s previous response below—claiming we were in contact—be corrected to reflect the actual 9-day gap in communication. We wish the team the best but have moved our investment elsewhere.

UPDATE (March 6): Management is LYING in their response below. I reported a police-involved safety incident via text on Feb 25 and via formal email on Feb 26 (CC’ing my Financial Advisor). It has been 9 DAYS with zero response from Toll Brothers. Their public claim that they "contacted me" is 100% false and a clear attempt to save face.
As an investor, I cannot trust a builder that ignores safety breaches and then lies about communication to the public. We have officially withdrawn our $789k capital. If you value transparency and your family’s safety, look elsewhere than Newbrook at SilverLeaf.

I sent a formal inquiry regarding this safety incident on February 26th, yet management has remained silent for nearly a week. A 'luxury' builder should prioritize safety and basic communication. We have officially withdrawn our capital and are moving to a community that actually values its residents and neighbors. If you are looking for a safe, professional environment for your family, look elsewhere."
