  UPDATE @2:26pm (March 6): Following a 9-day delay in communication regarding a safety incident on-site, a manager finally reached out today at 11:36 AM. While I appreciate the eventual follow-up, the delay was too significant for us to move forward. We have officially withdrawn our interest in this community. I am requesting that the builder’s previous response below—claiming we were in contact—be corrected to reflect the actual 9-day gap in communication. We wish the team the best but have moved our investment elsewhere. ______________________________________________________________ UPDATE (March 6): Management is LYING in their response below. I reported a police-involved safety incident via text on Feb 25 and via formal email on Feb 26 (CC’ing my Financial Advisor). It has been 9 DAYS with zero response from Toll Brothers. Their public claim that they "contacted me" is 100% false and a clear attempt to save face. As an investor, I cannot trust a builder that ignores safety breaches and then lies about communication to the public. We have officially withdrawn our $789k capital. If you value transparency and your family’s safety, look elsewhere than Newbrook at SilverLeaf. _______________________________________________________________ (March 5) 2026 Investor & Homebuyer Warning: Safety and Management Failure "A serious warning to investors and future homebuyers: My experience with Toll Brothers at Newbrook has been a total failure of professionalism and safety. I was planning to invest and live here with my family, but after a major security breakdown led to a police intervention during a scheduled visit, it is clear this is not the right environment for us. I sent a formal inquiry regarding this safety incident on February 26th, yet management has remained silent for nearly a week. A 'luxury' builder should prioritize safety and basic communication. We have officially withdrawn our capital and are moving to a community that actually values its residents and neighbors. If you are looking for a safe, professional environment for your family, look elsewhere."

  I just had to share how awesome Quinn, Dennis, and Kristen over at the Toll Brothers Newbrook community have been! Seriously, the whole crew was just excellent. They were super responsive and communicative during the entire home buying process. They made the "blue tape" walkthroughs feel easy and totally stress-free, which I really appreciated. The community itself is so peaceful, and you wouldn't believe how wonderful the neighbors are. I'm excited to watch the neighborhood grow and can't wait for the new amenities center to be finished. It really feels like home already.
