I felt compelled to edit my post for the benefit of others when purchasing a home from Pulte. You can see my glaring review up to the end of the warranty period following these comments. There were items pending on my warranty list which were promised to be repaired. It has been six months and I am still waiting. Don't let this happen to you! I currently live in SoFL and was looking for a second home and with a little bit of research I came across Summer Bay. It has everything I was looking for: lakes; preserve setting; amenities (the pool atmosphere is perfection). I selected the Stardom model and I am so pleased I did. WOW!!!! I can't forget to mention Pulte's team, with them they helped my dreams come true: Cheryl Graham (sales); Dustin Keefe (construction); Danica Pesic (loan); Nancy Soto (title). Thank YOU!!!!
