  Investor & Homebuyer Warning: Safety and Management Failure "A serious warning to investors and future homebuyers: My experience with Toll Brothers at Newbrook has been a total failure of professionalism and safety. I was planning to invest and live here with my family, but after a major security breakdown led to a police intervention during a scheduled visit, it is clear this is not the right environment for us. I sent a formal inquiry regarding this safety incident on February 26th, yet management has remained silent for nearly a week. A 'luxury' builder should prioritize safety and basic communication. We have officially withdrawn our capital and are moving to a community that actually values its residents and neighbors. If you are looking for a safe, professional environment for your family, look elsewhere."

  I just had to share how awesome Quinn, Dennis, and Kristen over at the Toll Brothers Newbrook community have been! Seriously, the whole crew was just excellent. They were super responsive and communicative during the entire home buying process. They made the "blue tape" walkthroughs feel easy and totally stress-free, which I really appreciated. The community itself is so peaceful, and you wouldn't believe how wonderful the neighbors are. I'm excited to watch the neighborhood grow and can't wait for the new amenities center to be finished. It really feels like home already.
