  We recently decided to make a move during a very busy and transitional season of our lives. Between work, family, and everything that comes with relocating, we knew we needed someone steady, knowledgeable, and proactive to guide us through the process. When looking for a realtor, I wanted someone who was responsive, confident, experienced in our local market, and who could truly advocate for us.   We had a great experience during a tough 2025 market with Ross and his team. We needed to upgrade our current home to a larger home to accommodate our growing family and after chatting with friends and family, a friend recommended Ross. He was prompt, professional, and LISTENED. Sales isn’t about selling-it’s building relationships-relationships to continue the longevity of your own success.   We have been working with Tara Schoenherr for awhile. She recently met us in Palm coast and new Smyrna beach to show us houses we were interested in. She was always there for us when we called for showings, worked hard everyday for weeks day and nite to help us find our forever home. Efficient, kind, interested and patient and more importantly felt like a friend. We are still searching and with her experience And expertise we are confident she will find and then help us negotiate to obtain our goal We can not thank her enough for all she has done, and we look forward to our continued search with her at the helm

  Thank you Ross Menendez & Chris Snow for all your hard work in getting our home at 850 E. Watson Rd. St. Augustine, FL 32086-0160 SOLD! Ross we have had as an agent who sold our home on Bella Dr. In Villages of Valencia four years ago when he was an EXP realtor. ROSS MENENDEZ has come a long way with his partner Chris Snow! We looked him up and found him through the cell phone I had from fours ago when he listed our home & posted our home throughout the five MLS's they are members of, which covers a lot of area in East Coast FL & St..Augustine! It only took a couple months to get an offer, which is excellent being Christmastime! We had a lot of showings. It was, unfortunately, a Buyer's Market & we lost a lot of money selling the home, but just to get back home to be with our family we missed so very much, was a dream come true. Ross was there for us throughout entire transition & he helped us out to get back home to live local near my son, grandgirls, and our eight month old Great Grandbaby!
