  We had an amazing experience working with Anthony Sanchez with the Florida Coastal Team in St. Augustine, FL. We were buying our second home in Florida from Maryland, and Anthony made the process smooth and stress-free. He was always available, extremely responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. By the end of the transaction, he felt more like a friend than just our realtor — and we’re already planning to meet up again and play golf in the near future! We can’t recommend Anthony enough if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will take great care of you.

  Our agent Gene Skripnikov was very knowledgeable and helpful for this transaction. Of course, in any real estate transaction, things can get a little stressful. Gene was always there to help with any and all questions I had. I was previously living in a two-story townhouse that was not practical because my wife had surgery from a fall she had in late 2024. She was unable to go up and down stairs, so we were only living on the first floor, and the upstairs was not being used. After contemplating what to do I contacted Gene and he explained my options, and I felt very comfortable with him on which process I decided to go with. Just wanted to thank Gene for his patients with me and the way he helped me with my situation. Will recommend to your service to family and people I speak with. Thank you.

  We were referred to Florida Coastal Team by a friend. Initially we were "just looking" and considering a move. Gary took such an interest in our situation that he made the whole thing fun and less overwhelming. He was very contentious of our time limitations living several states away. He showed us several properties all over the place and helped us narrow down what our actual needs and wants were. In the end we are thrilled about our purchase. And I think we made a new friend! Would definitely recommend Florida Coastal Team.

  Working with Carrie Lam has been a very pleasant experience. She's always available to address any issues that may arise in a timely manner, her knowledge is and her negotiation skills are outstanding as well. When things got complicated, she was there to take the lead while offering her support to make us feel confident even when it seemed impossible to buy what we were looking for. She has many "tools in her bag" to get you through the process. We wouldn't choose anyone else, she's the best!
