- JJJasonJan 17, 20251.0Very unprofessional between the mortgage team and sales team. I was interested in this neighborhood, had 20% for a down payment, and a pre-qualification letter from my own lender. The mortgage officer basically wrote me off and didn't qualify me which is fine because I had another qualification letter. The only professional employee I was in contact with was Mona but of course she's leaving for another division. I contacted Jeanne 3 times and it took over 2 weeks before I heard back. My realtor also contacted this community 2 times and never heard back. By the time I was contacted I had already found another home and scheduled my closing. I'm shocked at the lack of professionalism especially since builders haven't been selling in the last 6 months.
