  Way too expensive. The lady who showed the play was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She is way too good for this place.

  I would choose 0 stars if possible. Be 100% sure you want the townhouse you’re placing a deposit for or there is a good chance you will need to hire a lawyer to get your deposit back. I had to consult 2 lawyers in order to get ANY communication with Ryan Homes and NVR mortgage about returning my $4,000 deposit back. If I didn’t get a lawyer Iam almost certain they would have tried to keep my deposit. They now have the two biggest realtor companies in the area on the don’t do business with list. Again, don’t sign a single thing about placing a deposit unless you’re 100% sure you want the townhome and can afford the townhome or you will need to hire a lawyer. Do your research about Ryan Homes and NVR mortgage before even thinking about there builds. Save yourself the headache and $

  Working with Ben Diaz was an absolute pleasure! From the very beginning, Ben made the entire process smooth and stress-free for my clients and me.   I had just begun my search to buy my first home when I looked at Edison Pointe, I went back a few times then finally had the courage to talk to Jeremy about the development and how the process works. Now a month later and under the direction of Jeremy and Terry, I am getting ready to meet with the builder to discuss what happens going forward! These two have guided me the whole way so far and it has been an easy process. I appreciate their professionalism and can’t wait to move into the community. Edison Pointe isn’t huge but I think it will be the perfect fit for me and home that I will be in for the price is going to be amazing! I am so excited for the next couple months to see this process completed Thank you to Jeremy/Terry and Ryan homes for this wonderful experience and for building here in our town! Teri
