  If you’re looking to find a realtor this is the one you should hire! Domanic spent over a year helping my wife and I find the perfect house in our dream neighborhood. He showed the utmost patience and professionalism every step of the way, I started to have doubts we could even find a home we wanted in the current market but he kept us focus and stayed on it. He truly shined when it came to negotiations and getting us to closing. Domanic was able to negotiate with the seller to get, in my opinion, the best price we could hope for. Then he managed to get us additional credits at closing! Most importantly, every time an issue popped up or something needed to happen he and his team made it seamless. He has a contact for everything so if there is an issue he’s got someone on it same day. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received.

  I had an interaction with Dominic last month that I found to be unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy. It left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Afterward, I was informed that incorrect information about me had been provided to a third party. This was deeply troubling and unacceptable.

  This property is the nicest home I have ever stayed in! So beautiful and open with a gorgeous pool and hot tub to enjoy! Domanic Calamese and his team were exceptional to work with and were very responsive!
