  We had an excellent experience working with Dominic to find our home in Sarasota County. Our search took about 14 months—yes, it was a long process. We were looking for a very specific type of house, in a particular neighborhood, at a price we felt was fair in today’s competitive Sarasota real estate market. Dominic truly listened to us, understood our expectations, and always respected our choices. Since inventory was limited, it often became a waiting game. But Dominic went above and beyond—when there were no homes available that matched our criteria, he proactively reached out to other realtors and even neighbors to try to create opportunities for us. When the right home finally came along, he acted quickly. We viewed the house on a Saturday and submitted an offer the same day. Our offer was accepted, and by Monday, the sellers had received other offers. His responsiveness, dedication, and ability to move fast when it mattered made all the difference. Throughout the process, we made multiple offers, and Dominic remained patient, supportive, and committed every step of the way.
