- VDVirginia DimaseNov 8, 20252.0The complex looks lovely but Lake Seminole is full of alligators. Any fresh water pond on the property will also attract gators. The preserve will be a home for them. BEWARE if you have a small animal. I personally would not live anywhere near fresh water in Fla.
