Just 22 days before our wedding on January 18th, when our minds were frantic and scattered in every direction with wedding chaos, we walked through your doors completely overwhelmed. From the very first second we met you, everything changed. You were the calm in our storm — so kind, patient, easy-going, and genuinely joyful that the entire experience felt like a beautiful dream instead of stress. Your attention to detail left us speechless. After our very first visit, you sent us a personal video message recapping every single thing we had told you we wanted in our home. You remembered every detail — every wish, every hope — and made us feel like we were already part of your family. That moment alone brought tears to our eyes. Because of your incredible dedication, compassion, expertise, and unwavering support, the whole house-hunting and buying process was unbelievably seamless and effortless. On March 8th — just weeks after saying “I do” — we placed our deposit on our absolute dream home, on our dream lot, in the community that will soon be our forever home. You didn’t just help us buy a house… you made our deepest dreams come true. We already find ourselves telling everyone we know: “You have to come meet Paula and move to Spirit of Sebastian with us!” Your customer service is on another level entirely — the kind that makes people feel truly loved and cared for. Paula, you have become our forever friend. We are endlessly grateful and will never forget how you turned one of the most overwhelming times in our lives into the most beautiful beginning of our married life together.   We did our due diligence in looking for our forever home. Ryan Homes of Spirit of Sebastian checked quite a few boxes. We had the pleasure of scheduling an appointment with Paula Laprocina. She did an amazing job explaining to us what the community was all about. The home we actually wanted to see was unavailable at the time we were there however Paula took the time to show us the home in their sister community Lost Tree Preserve on her way home from work. By Paula going above and beyond her duties we decided to move forward without hesitation. There’s still time for you to enjoy Spirit of Sebastian as it’s only in its second phase. We can’t wait to get the keys and make Spirit of Sebastian our home.

  Our journey began about three months ago when my girlfriend and I started looking to move to Sebastian. After hearing about this new community from friends and family who live in town, we decided to visit and from that very first trip we were blown away! We have since signed a contract with Ryan Homes and truly could not be happier. The agro community concept and everything it offers is absolutely stunning. The homes Ryan Homes is building perfectly reflect the developer’s vision with rustic charm blended beautifully with modern farmhouse vibes. It is exactly what we were hoping to find! 😁 We have been working with Paula in the sales office and she has been nothing short of incredible! She is warm, welcoming, always smiling and incredibly patient. No matter the question, Paula finds the answer and makes you feel completely confident throughout the process. Her personality truly shines and she has made this experience even more special for us! 🙌 Every team member we have met from Ryan Homes has been kind, professional and genuinely welcoming. We are scheduled to break ground next month and we cannot wait to become part of the Spirit of Sebastian community and the Ryan Homes family.
