Michael Freshwater has gone above and beyond in his role as a realtor. His expertise is beyond measure, walking us through not only the purchase portion but the design portion and even assisting when his part is done. He makes himself available when it is convenient for you and not him, he will find an answer to any question you may have (and trust me, I have had a lot of them!) , and he will even walk around the development taking pictures of colors of houses so that you can make a choice from 1000 miles away!
