After hearing about this new community from friends and family who live in town, we decided to visit and from that very first trip we were blown away! We have since signed a contract with Ryan Homes and truly could not be happier. The agro community concept and everything it offers is absolutely stunning. The homes Ryan Homes is building perfectly reflect the developer’s vision with rustic charm blended beautifully with modern farmhouse vibes. It is exactly what we were hoping to find! 😁 We have been working with Paula in the sales office and she has been nothing short of incredible! She is warm, welcoming, always smiling and incredibly patient. No matter the question, Paula finds the answer and makes you feel completely confident throughout the process. Her personality truly shines and she has made this experience even more special for us! 🙌 Every team member we have met from Ryan Homes has been kind, professional and genuinely welcoming. We are scheduled to break ground next month and we cannot wait to become part of the Spirit of Sebastian community and the Ryan Homes family.
