  Amy and Tina were so welcoming and showed us all of the amenities and floor plans we wanted! I really recommend coming here to see your options and touring.

  As an Easter tradition in our family we like to “pay it forward” and although we rarely write reviews we wanted to thank the staff - Julie, Will and Garret - have been great! We feel safe thanks to reliable staff like them. We are giving a 4 star because we have had issues with trash - people leaving the trash out at irregular hours make the hallways smell horrible, plus pest issues - asides from this everything is as advertised. Thank you dear staff for being a ray of sunshine and assisting our family.

  I am sure their apartments are pretty. I am just an applicant. They do not respond to requests promptly. They are inept at handling any sort of concern regarding the application process this far. I have tried applying on my phone, my laptop, my desktop, using different browsers. I call them and all they say is "yeah you are just going to have to try a few more times. WE DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO?????????" No paper applications. They can't answer questions about using my husband's pay history for my application because we live off of his income but I am going to be living in the apartment temporarily so obviously they need my information. If this were a true luxury apartment, they would staff it accordingly. It is absurd that I could pay the entire years lease upfront right now and they are just dumbfounded because a computer screen says there is an error? The "luxury," does not apply to guest interaction/services. Just cogs in a machine.

  Recently moved into The Concord Apartments. Julie Nichols was my leasing representative. She did a great job of educating me about the apartment building. Julie is always available at the front desk and has all the answers. If your looking for a new apartment i suggest The Concord and Julie.

  Concord is a great place to live. After looking at a dozen alternatives, lucky I found it because it offers a great combination of convenience (to I-75, a Publix, etc), access to hiking trails (Celery Fields), and all the amenities I could ask for! The staff also are great, especially Karen, who initially toured me but has continued to offer great support, answering all my questions and even helping me with a big delivery. Residents are also great -- friendly, helpful, and courteous. Super happy at the Concord!
