For several years we trusted her expertise in rental and sale market trends in SWFL area and she always kept us updated . Renting our home seasonally was a breeze and she treated us with a sense of priority and professionalism.   We bought 10 years ago and then listed and sold our home with Mapp Really just recently Things went smoothy and quickly both buying and sell We were very satisfied with our experience.and would highly recommended them to anyone needing to buy or sell their home .

  I have been working with Mapp Realty and Prestigious Property Management (PPM) for over a year and half now. This review is long overdue as they have made my life so much easier from starting the rental process, finding great tenants and helping me with the little things that have popped up in the year + of renting my house. I received a new job and had to move out of Florida, this was my first time renting my home and since I wasn't going to be in the state, I needed a company I could TRUST. A co-worker was actually making the same move and led me to PPM and I owe him big time for it. PPM makes you feel very comfortable that they will take care of any legal issues, any house repairs, tenant concerns and everything in between. Not every company can say that, but let me tell you that in the year and half of working with PPM, it is all true and much better than you expect. The response time is amazing and the concern they show for your satisfaction is exceptional! The fee structure is easy to understand and there have been no hidden charges, their paperwork is clear and very helpful come tax season. All in all, I would recommend PPM to any of my friends or family in FL if they were looking to rent. John S
