  I called and inquired about a 1 bedroom and spoke with Decha. She was very informative and polite. She was able to answer all my questions and had a lot of patience with me which I appreciated. Although this apartment didn’t work out for me, I appreciate Decha taking her time to go over everything with me.

  Came in to get some pricing and availability and the leasing team was so helpful and they know a lot about the area . Property is very cute and I love the area.

  This community is truly a hidden gem—beautifully maintained and very clean! I had the pleasure of speaking with Decha, who thoroughly answered all my questions about the one-bedroom options. Cami was also incredibly helpful in explaining how my voucher would cover 60% of the rent and walked me through the details. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😃

  I recently toured Garden Grove Apartments and had a great experience! The leasing staff was welcoming, professional, and very informative. Camii, the Property Manager, was amazing—she took the time to answer all of my Section 8 questions and made everything easy to understand. Definitely a place I’m considering—highly recommend checking them out!

  I have felt so taken care of as a future tenant here at Garden Grove. Descha, in the office, listened to my needs and found me the right apartment to suit us. She is professional and very relatable. Manny, in maintenance, is responsive, kind and knowledgeable. He addresses any issues right away and makes sure we are taken care of. Camii has been great at always getting back to me when I had questions about my move and worked with me to make the transistion smooth. This is a good team and a great place to live. The location cannot be beat especially for the price.
