- DMDerek Montoya3 days ago1.0If you are looking for an apartment with amenities you did not ask for, look no further. The place comes fully stocked with cockroaches, truly a thriving multigenerational community. I did not just rent a unit. I accidentally adopted an entire ecosystem. Maintenance was quick to respond by telling me they are harmless. True, but so is a tornado until it is in your living room. Five stars for the roaches teamwork and resilience. One star for literally everything else.
- FPFallon Pizzarella3 days ago1.0I transferred units on 11/19 after being assured there were no pest issues in this apartment. That was completely untrue. Within 24 hours of moving in, the glue traps I set caught over 30 roaches. (Photos attached.) There are roaches in the dishwasher, on the counters, and behind the fridge and oven—at every stage of life. This is not an isolated issue. After speaking with multiple neighbors, it’s clear the entire building has a severe infestation. The pest control measures being used are ineffective, and this problem has been ongoing for months with no real progress. These conditions are uninhabitable and absolutely disgusting. I haven’t even been able to cook or eat in my new unit because of how bad it is. The apartment management is fully aware of the situation yet continues to mislead new tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The last straw was a cockroach found on our friend’s toothbrush. There is a lot of building underway in Sarasota and optionality for luxury living accommodations. Do better.

I can’t get over how beautiful the amenities are and how clean they keep the buildings. Highly recommend moving here you won’t regret it!
