  Just sold my 3000 square foot home , and for now transition to an apartment and investing for now . I have seen a lot of places in the the Sarasota and Lakewood area , so Disappointed with the leasing office or the reviews, And lack of cleanliness. So happy to stumble on the Concord . From the first look , This place is gorgeous clean has an amazing pool , and working with Karen and Julie , who are friendly professional, and help guide me through the process to find the right unit to fit my needs. Been here for about three months and I couldn’t be happier, highly recommended This place to any professional looking to downsize .

  I moved into the Concord in May. I really love the community, it's beautiful amenities, quick response for service requests from Garrett or Will and great help in the office from Julie. Loved being so close to Publix and the Celery Fields as well!

  I want to leave this comment with the intention of creating awareness and so management can take action. Our experience with one of the representatives, Karen, was not a positive one. From the moment we arrived, she treated us in a way that felt very unwelcoming; her attitude made us feel judged, as if we were people who couldn’t afford the place. Instead of providing information or support, we noticed looks and gestures that conveyed distrust, discomfort, and a lack of respect. We hope the administrative team takes this feedback seriously, because first impressions are essential—especially in a complex that presents itself as “luxury.” Professional, friendly, and unbiased treatment is crucial for anyone coming with the intention to inquire, apply, or simply learn more about the property. We share this not to attack anyone, but so you can improve the quality of customer service and ensure that all visitors are welcomed with equality, respect, and courtesy.

  I love living at the Concord. It’s like living on a Luxury Resort. From the office staff to the maintenance crew. Everyone is great and are on point with any request you may have. Also everyone that lives there is so friendly. I recommend it 110%

  If you are looking for an apartment with amenities you did not ask for, look no further. The place comes fully stocked with cockroaches, truly a thriving multigenerational community. I did not just rent a unit. I accidentally adopted an entire ecosystem. Maintenance was quick to respond by telling me they are harmless. True, but so is a tornado until it is in your living room. Five stars for the roaches teamwork and resilience. One star for literally everything else.
