  I have been in this great Ridgelake community for 3 years, in my opinion I have experiences in other communities this is the best you could choose, the social communities as the gym, the pool, the places to walk everything is very clean there is a lot of security too, the people of the community are all very friendly and people in the office are always awesome!! The maintenance group is great and I think that part is very important Because they are the ones who keep the community ready for you always and the apartments with all the functions, I can’t complain about anything because it is a luxury community that has everything you need !! Everything can look very perfect but I think maintaining a community is difficult but these people are doing very well and that’s what matters most ♥️ I hope to spend a few more years enjoying the Ridgelake community!!!!!

  Super unprofessional management what says everything about the community in general. For example Emily who is don't cares about the people problems. When you come to the office she is sitting and "working" and if you're asking about something you have to wait until she is printing something on keyboard, but when her boss is coming - it's magic - she is stop any work and talking to her boss with no problems at all, but you're still staying and waiting. She is sitting with headphone in her one ear and don't understands what you're asking for. Any question for the past month was answered with "I don't know". Who is know?? Like she is don't care about the people needs - you have to understand of investigate by yourself. Even if I got my bill with water defined there x2, she's "don't know" and you have to call to a different company to speak with them and understand the bill - SO WHY ARE YOU WORKING HERE? I can pay by myself, I can investigate and fix things by myself, why the manager needs here? When I lost my multiple packages and it was stolen by person who lives in community, I detected his address but she was not interesting to do us any help, for example to call this person and ask to return the box. When I'm trying to communicate with them by email or answer for their messages, I get the silence, nothing as answer. I must go to the office and discuss my needs every time and no guarantee that it will be resolved, guess why? "I don't know", "I don't understand". Few times mainentence tried to enter my apartments wihout any of notifications before. I think we need to leave when the lease will be ended, thanks to this "management". ps. read your lease conditions very carefully because few of items are violating the Florida's laws and you can go to the cort if you're rights was viloated (for example adding + 1000$ payment to your rend and auto-prolongate if you'll not notified them 2 months before the lease ending).

  This has been a very nice experience. Moving in was so easy. This past month has been very enjoyable. It's a bit chilly out but even walking the beautiful community has been pleasant. Everyone seems friendly. Lots of dog lovers so it's perfect for me and my two pups. My neighbors upstairs have a child/children so I can hear them having fun and that's ok, they are only children for so long. I can't wait to use the pool!
