  I was first introduced to Mauri when she was doing some real estate due diligence. Prior to talking to her, I had been conducting my own reviews of possible real estate brokers for a parcel of land I was looking to sell. After our initial conversation and follow up communications, I put her on my list of potential real estate agents to engage. Several years later, when I was ready to sell the plot of land, I decided to give Mauri a call and engaged her to sell the land. I found Mauri to be knowledgeable, friendly, well connected, and easy to do business with. I would recommend Mauri to anyone interested in real estate transactions within the greater Sarasota area.

  From the moment we met ,Mauri was on top of it !! Personable , knowledgeable, and always accommodating every request I had. She made the process smooth as silk and went over and above the call of duty to assist me in all of my extra questions regarding the transitional chores that come with relocation !!!

  Mauri went over and above on our new home purchase! An absolute 11 on a scale of 1-10 with a 10 being excellent! She was pleasant, informative and extremely responsive. She provided an answer to every question I had with remarkable responsiveness. She was always proactive and thorough. She also manages an excellent web site to help manage the new home sales process and provide a plethora of useful information. I also receive proactive correspondences and information about another property I own. I would not hesitate to recommend Mauri to anyone seeking a true real estate professional and I plan to use her wealth of experience and guidance for a few future real estate transactions.

  I can't thank Mauri Blefeld enough for the incredible job she did selling our home. We like her professionalism and experience the moment we met her. She worked with us to get our house set to show perfectly and her marketing plan attracted more showings than we would have hoped for. In the end, Mauri's keen negotiating skills got us much more for our home than we would have imagined. Great Job, Mauri! I will always recommend you!!
