- EEEvgeniiDec 8, 20251.01. The noise from the air-conditioned equipment installed on the street near the bedroom window prevents you from sleeping! It vibrates very much when starting and no one understands it. 2. The ceilings are not soundproofed, so when the neighbors from above, while walking, stomp or drop something, slam the doors, it's very clearly audible. You'll hear everything the upstairs neighbors do (Music at 7.30am, loud conversations after 10pm, or vacuum cleaner at 12.30am, they don't care that people are next to them) 3. If you forgot to pay for electricity, they silently turn it off without warning about it and you come in the evening after work and all the food in the fridge is gone!
