If you are thinking of renting here, this information should definitely factor into your consideration! "Hi management team! I have been a resident here going on 8 months now, and I just wanted to say how much I love the experience of living in this community. I work from home and am sort of a hermit, but have made a couple good friends of my immediate neighbors, and know most of the folks in my building to say hi...who are all really friendly! But what is most telling to me is the way the property is managed overall. If I put in a service request, it is rarely more than a few hours before it's actioned. Cedric and Davey and outstanding! Friendly, responsible, and more respectful than they actually need to be, as I am pretty laid back. Bernie however might be your greatest asset. On the few occasions we have needed to communicate, her answers are prompt, thorough and very clear. She answers any question with a uniquely human element. With humor, with compassion and with professionalism. When she needs to remind us of the rules, she does so with what is quite a delicate balance of "I hate to be this person" but also with a firm message that rules are rules. And you innately understand her concern is always for the safety and well being of all the residents. Thank you for providing such a lovely environment in which to live!"

- CBChey BAug 30, 20255.0We just moved in 2 months ago and fell in love with the beautiful view and soothing sound of the water fountain, spacious rooms and floor plans, and just love Bernie in leasing. She made everything so easy, she is kind and fun and makes sure all our questions are answered. Parking is always available, great lighting and safely at night. Our lanai is super roomy and I like the onsite gym. Everything is easy to get to off Bee Ridge and lots of great restaurants nearby. Great find!
