  I just moved in 1 week ago. First night the thermostat went out in the middle of night and our washer isn’t draining water after each cycle so the clothes is coming out soaked.. I submitted service request for both of those things, the ac was fixed the following day. The washer, still not fixed. I’ve made multiple requests for repair now and it still hasn’t been resolved..

  I recently moved out of Latitude 27 Apartments, and I genuinely could not be more disappointed with the level of service and professionalism I experienced. On move-out day, a maintenance technician inspected my unit and clearly stated everything looked fine and that he had no concerns. Imagine my surprise when I later received an email claiming I owe $150 for carpet replacement. The photos they sent allegedly show a pet stain that looks large enough to belong to a German Shepherd. I own a Chihuahua. The size comparison alone is laughable. What makes this worse is that I explicitly requested that any issues found during move-out be communicated to me via phone call. Not only did I not receive a call, but this property rarely answers their phones at all. During my time living there, getting someone to answer was nearly impossible. Apparently, that lack of communication continues even after you move out. The leadership and management are severely lacking. Business practices feel disorganized at best and intentionally dismissive at worst. Other ongoing issues during my residency included: • The AC frequently going out • Staff entering units without permission. I have cameras and personally witnessed this. • Amenities that are poorly maintained. The pool is not heated. • A front gate system that barely functions. Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable with basic competence and communication. If you value transparency, responsiveness, and ethical management, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  Jake at the leasing office has made this experience incredibly easy. He’s followed up. He answered every question and made sure to maximize my move in experience. Highly recommend Jake and latitude 27.

  Haven’t been here too long but already LOVING it!! The area is beautiful and well kept and the staff is so so friendly. Shoutout to Jake in the office for helping with all the details of moving in and making it as painless as possible! 😊

  I had an amazing experience with Jake, the Leasing Specialist at Latitude 27. As a new immigrant, I honestly thought it would be impossible to secure an apartment so quickly, but Jake went above and beyond to help us. He consistently followed up on my application and encouraged me to push through, especially since we were really hoping for this community because of its great location—close to my workplace and near an A-rated school. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. I truly can’t thank him enough, and I’m incredibly grateful that we were able to secure this lovely apartment. Jake is a huge asset to Latitude 27, and I highly recommend dealing with him.
