We cleaned everything SPOTLESS, and then a week after we moved out they emailed us that we owe them over $5000!!! We always paid our rent on time, we made sure the place was 100% clean and spotless after moving out. So what do we owe them this money for? They made up a bunch of fees and said this is what we owe them. It's greed, and it's disgusting, we won't be paying and I'll fight with these people to my last breath. See you in small claims court

We have been living here a little over a year and had never seen a roach or had a problem until we received an email stating they were going to come spray inside due to a roach infestation in the building next-door! We having been living in hell these past 4 months and nothing had been done! It doesn’t matter how many times they spray inside if they don’t keep up and continue to spray the building that are surrounding!

Old bottom of the barrel appliances that are loud scratched up and broken plastic where controls are. I had to clean everything when I moved in. Refrigerator had not been wiped out good. Disgusting. Shelves not cleaned. Oven and burners disgusting. Cupboards are marked up and cheap looking. Look like cheap plywood. They were definitely not wiped down before move in. I had to clean bathtubs & toilets. The one fountain as you drive in hasn’t worked in weeks! Never did get a walk thru when I arrived. I’m having heart issues and asked to be possibly move to ground level and a smaller unit and was told I need a letter from my doctor which they will have soon, and that corporate would have to approve. Also asked if I had to break my lease due to medical reasons, and return to Michigan, they informed me two months rent. Which is unheard of!! I leased condos in Arizona for years. And it was only last month rent and they made exceptions for medical reasons. I would not recommend this place. They don’t value the residents concerns just the money they haul in! Way over priced!
