  First I just want to say thank you to Mike Swick and Candy Swick for all they did. I have known Mike for many years and he was a true friend. Let me give a little background. Mije owned his home next to me and he was getting ready to sell. He called me up regarding my home. He asked if he could have my house painted and that it would not cost me anything. I was overwhelmed by the beautiful transformation.what he did was way more than I expected. He went above and beyond. The house sat empty for 1 year. Vance and I were taking about selling. We started to clean out the home with items we wanted. There was a lot that we were unable to take. I called Mike to discuss selling the home. When we went to meet Candy came and talked to us about the home and selling. We understood everything that they were going to do and how the contract would read. We put the sell of the house in Candy’s hand. We felt very secure and trusted her and all their staff to roll with it and take complete control. Due to everything that was left in the house. In the contract they put a stipulation that the house was selling “As Is”. Meaning I did not have to worry about clearing the rest of the furniture and all household goods out. That in itself took a lot of pressure and worry off of our shoulders. They put the house up for sale and within approx 2 weeks after listing there was a contract signed. Within approximately 1 month the house sold at the asking price. I can’t tell you how much Candy and Mike Swick and company went above and beyond my expectations in selling the house. That was not the only house we put up for sale with them. We sold my father’s house prior to my house and it is the same scenario as selling my home. I highly recommend them as a realtors and highly recommend that you put your trust and your property in their hands. You would not be disappointed. Thank you for everything: Karen and Vance

  After speaking with several realtors regarding the sale of our house, it didn’t take long to see that Candy was exactly the right person to sell our home. Her team helped us stage our home and they brought us a buyer before we had an open house! We moved out of state, so we needed to close the sale as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Candy and her team handled all of the last minute details so we could focus on our cross country move and next chapter. She’s the best!

  1995 we bought our beautiful condo at Bay Plaza through Candy. She had come highly recommended, and we really enjoyed working with her. So when we left the area 2023 we once again contacted her and she helped us sell our apartment during a difficult market. We felt in very good hands, though, and were able to sell at exactly the right time. Thank you, Candy, for taking good care of us!
