We were able to view the grounds and clubhouse at their clubhouse grand opening after a remodel. It’s beautiful. Their pool looks over a large pond and they have swans. Yes, SWANS. The office team is so incredibly nice. I’m excited to visit her often in the future when she is down here full time.

- KWKathryn WellsJan 8, 20175.0This is a mixed review. Was planning to purchase a home in the community. However, the lot rent was the deal killer (almost $1,000/mo!). The amenities are similar to other communities that have a much lower HOA fee. This was a huge, huge disappointment. I can understand why there are so many homes here for sale so cheaply, and, on the market for such a long period of time. I have found, (in most cases), the lower the home price, the higher the monthly fee. I wish all the sellers quick sales.
