  I’ve tried for a year now to have help and support but sadly they ignore our requests and move on. We have over 12 requests for roof repairs etc in their portal yet they close the case and fail to respond. I wish I had better things to say. But their failure to support our neighborhood is disgraceful and shows gross disregard.

  Absoultely abysmal customer services. Requests for help sit for weeks without being tended to. No one has any answers theres no phone numbers to be transferred to or dial out directly. Calls back promised and never made. You get 1 email back after a 1 star review and then left hanging again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Appalling company. Very efficient at collecting money and making promises, but they literally do zero work. My house is decaying and my property value declining. I am forced to spend thousands of my own money to repair the damage from their neglect as well as pay a landscaper to restore my property to an acceptable level. Zero stars.

  Horrible customer service. I have been promised a call back coming up on 2 weeks now and placed on “high priority” status and yet to be responded to. Property management doesn’t even have proper vendors on file to consult. I would avoid at all costs
