  Sadly, management is not EAGER to solve and impose the MARIJUANA abuse! All our leases impose the rule….however—-in REAL World—-there are NONE!!! Sickening!!! Why bother with “signed lease agreements “🙏🏻

  We have lived here 1.5 years. Was good in the beginning but has gone downhill. The maintenance guys are good. Biggest issues are there is no security! The pool has ZERO security, anyone can get in. It’s only suppose to be open until “dusk”, whatever that means. People use the pool & grill at all hours of the day/night. The front gates work “most of the time”. The stairwells & stairs are disgustingly dirty and never get cleaned. The gate around Anson is rusted and falling apart , with zip ties holding some together!!!!! The pool cleaning company Never vacuums. This past Saturday, there was a party of about 60 people at the pool.jumping off the rocks..no one says anything to them. Parents barely watch thier kids. We are going to look at Render. Probably won’t renew here.

  I rarely write reviews, but I had to take a moment for this one. Royce was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He gave me a great tour and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish

  Cockroaches everywhere After a lifetime of working in hospitality as well as being raised with hard working parents in the apartment and hotel business, I have never been so appalled by false niceties and lack of customer service. I’m a female in my twenties; never felt so taken advantage of or treated so poorly. That’s saying something. Don’t let them do this to you, girls. For the record, because I know this might sound like a dramatic review, but I am just a normal girl who works in health care who wants to prevent this from happening to as many other people as possible. Room was a cockroach motel. After driving three days with my cats in the car, exhausted, moved in day 1, 3rd floor, dozens of cockroaches in the apartment. Pulled the fridge out from the wall and almost threw up. Dozens. Wish I had more pics bc they don't even do it justice-pics I could find are attached. Trash rules never enforced. I wish I could find the videos I took-I will add them when I do find them. Months of going crazy with bugs everywhere. And just for fun added bonus, long dog hair filled up our vacuum after one pass over the bedroom carpet (we don’t have dogs). The rest of the house also full of dog hair, but that was the least of our concerns. Went back downstairs after 5 minutes of being in the apartment to ask if they could do anything (clean, let us out of the contract we signed five minutes ago, change our room). Nothing. They told us they would not be able to offer us termination service for the roaches for four days. Imagine being told to stay in a cockroach infested room for four days without any offer of help in a “luxury” apartment you just rented. Crazy way to treat people. After groveling to a maintenance man I found in the hall, he took pity on me and got some stuff to bomb the apartment. Four months of dealing with a cockroach infestation, finding roaches in our food, only cooking once a week to limit exposure, not keeping ANY furniture out in the living room so that it wouldn’t get infested (legit living with all belongings in one small bedroom-like when the moving guys came to move us out they thought we were pranking them because there was no furniture in the entry room everything was stacked in the bedroom like a hoarder house), bombing twice a week ourselves and spending a ton of money on roach removal, there’s nothing they can do “because there was a contract and we took action” (direct quote from checking out with manager Lori). Management will treat you like a money sign and not a human being. We continued to ask them to come and bomb the apartment which did not do anything for the cockroach infestation. Then, they charged us two months additional rent to break our lease because it was “in the contract” although we had been stating this issue since hour 1 of move in. I understand what a contract is, but I also understand human decency and hospitality. Having a habitable environment was also in the contract. Then you might hear, “this is Florida, there are roaches.” I have been living elsewhere for months and have not seen one roach. And as you can see from the pictures, these are german roaches unlike the florida waterbug-esque roaches that are common here. Advice for future tenants? Always ask to see space before signing anything, not just the unoccupied room that is clean and only used for showings. Also, save yourselves misery and don’t rent here unless you truly don’t mind roaches. I know it’s hard because it seems like every place online has at least one bad review, but please save yourselves from this one. I am sure they will respond with something saying that this name has never stayed with them, you know who I am; save yourselves your frowny fake apologies and suggesting I called the number I already called and reimburse us the extra rent you thieved. I’ll be making sure they don’t take down this post.
