  Most agents do a decent job managing a transaction. Kimberly Maxwell runs a completely different playbook. I’ve worked with Kimberly on multiple transactions, and the consistency is what stands out. Her clients are never guessing what’s happening. They’re informed, prepared, and confident from contract to closing. That doesn’t happen by accident, that’s her communication and process working exactly the way it should. From my side as the lender, that makes a huge difference. Clean files, responsive clients, fewer surprises, and smoother closings. The bigger win though is the client experience. People walk into one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives and somehow don’t feel overwhelmed. That’s rare.   It was such a delightful experience working with Kimberly. My husband and I were promptly greeted by Kim and she was very knowledgeable of the area and the real estate market here. She helped us navigate the touring of properties and throughout the entire process to purchase. She connected us with financial partners, appraisers, pool contractors, and every other contact information we needed.
