  I’ve had a great experience at my townhome community so far. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made the move-in process feel smooth and stress-free. Everyone has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely willing to assist whenever needed. While there have been a few minor hiccups along the way—as expected with any move—the management and maintenance teams have been quick to respond and proactive in resolving everything as efficiently as possible. Their willingness to help and communicate clearly has made all the difference. Overall, things have been going smoothly, and I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they provide.

  Move in with yvonne was very easy, and accommodating. Any problems or issues were taken care of immediately which made our process so much relaxing. The house is everything we wanted and the team made it a lot better.

  Jennifer and Yvonne went above and beyond to help myself and my girls get into our new place to call home with Artisan Living at North Beach. Jennifer even offered to move in packages that arrived early before our move in date to inside the home to help accommodate us. The leasing process was easy with constant updates via texts and emails. Beyond grateful for their help and excited for our next year here.

  Yvonne was an absolute pleasure to work with at Artisan Living Townhomes. She was always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything feel easy and stress-free. Yvonne took the time to answer questions, communicate clearly, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and informed. Her positive attitude and dedication truly made a difference, and I’m very grateful for her support in making the process easy!!

  I’ve really loved living at The Artisan—North Beach. It’s such a great community and I’m so happy I chose it. - Brand-new, clean, and comfy: The home feels fresh and thoughtfully designed. It’s easy to keep clean and super comfortable. - Smart, easy layout: The floor plan just works—everything flows nicely and makes daily life a breeze. -Master bath view: I’m obsessed with the master bath window view of the pond. It’s a peaceful, almost luxe touch that makes mornings and evenings really nice. -Beautiful pool: The pool is gorgeous and perfect for cooling off or just soaking up some sun. - Grill stations and fire pit:Grilling is easy and convenient, and the fire pit is a cozy spot to hang out in the evenings. - Garden area: There’s a little garden area where we can grow our own herbs and veggies—lovely to have fresh stuff right at home. - Quiet and safe:The neighborhood is quiet and feels really safe, which I’ve appreciated a lot. - Awesome maintenance guy: Chris is fantastic—very responsive and gets things done quickly. -Fantastic office team:Jennifer and Yvonne are warm, super helpful, and just great to chat with. Overall, I’m genuinely happy living here and would totally recommend it if you’re looking for a clean, quiet place with great amenities and friendly staff.
