  We recently moved here and couldn’t be happier. We are so close to everything we enjoy and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. Everyone is respectful and the people that work here are amazing! Highly recommend!

  Had a great experience leasing with Jen and Yvonne. The process was easy and seamless because of their efforts. They are very responsive as well, which is a big factor in why I chose to rent here over other similar neighborhoods. Thanks for the help!

  How many people move BACK to a complex they moved away from? My wife and I lived here for 13 months and moved out to travel the country for a year. Our first experience here was extremely smooth and we were one of the first people to live on our newly constructed road. Yvonne is wonderful to work with and answers quickly. We are moving back and now signing a 15 month lease because we already know this is a place we love living. 6 minutes to Blue Mountain Beach, 2 minutes to the bay, fenced in dog area but also right down the road to a dog park, lots of space, never had issues with neighbors, etc. You simply cannot beat the price for a 3 bed/2.5 bath with fenced in patio, garage and close proximity to the most beautiful beaches in the country!!

  I recently had the opportunity to visit Artisan Living North Beach and I was truly impressed with the entire property. From the moment I arrived, everything looked very well maintained, clean, and organized. The community has a peaceful atmosphere and you can tell that a lot of attention is given to keeping the property in excellent condition. The apartment itself was beautiful and in outstanding shape. Every area of the home felt fresh, spotless, and very well prepared. The kitchen appliances were modern, clean, and in excellent working condition, which made the space feel comfortable and high quality. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the bathrooms were extremely clean and well maintained. Another thing that stood out to me was the overall environment of the property. The surroundings are quiet, safe, and very pleasant. It feels like a community where residents can truly feel comfortable and relaxed. I also want to highlight the exceptional service from the manager. She was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer questions and made the experience very smooth and positive. Great management really makes a difference, and it clearly shows here. Overall, Artisan Living North Beach left a fantastic impression on me. The property is beautiful, the apartments are in excellent condition, and the service from management was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to live.

  We were so exited to move into the Artisian North Beach and everything has far surpassed our expectations! Yvonne, the property manager, is beyond helpful and truly listens to your needs and helps you find the exact unit and layout that will work best for you. It's extremely quiet and private, we feel like we are living in a house, but then have friendly neighbors that say hello and are welcoming. We haven't had any issues in the townhouse, but I'm confident that if we ever need anything, that the friendly staff will help take care of anything we need. My only regret is not moving here sooner :)
