  I moved in to The Vue on Lake Monroe nearly 2 months ago. I knew the moment I walked in that this was the place for me! The longer I am here the more I love it. Sarah, Christian and James in the office are wonderful! They make every effort to ensure you have everything you need. The maintenace staff are terrific and friendly as well. Being across from Lake Monroe is not only gorgeous, it is a wonderful place to walk or ride your bike. The screened in pool has an amazing view of the lake pls and outdoor BBQ and fire pit. My favorite room is the kitchen!! The appliances are like new, the countertops have ample room to prepare meals and one side has enough room for barstools. All the cabinets and walls are white, which gives it a very open and clean vibe. And so much cabinet space! There is also room for a dinette set. Living room has ample space too. So much room! The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms have the same roomy vibe; one has a walk-in shower and the other a soaking tub. Both bedrooms have wall to wall carpet. The porch is screened in and offers a utility room as well. Every person I have met in the last 2 months has been so friendly and helpful. And Sanford has so many events and fun things to do. I could not be happier!

  Leaving the Vue was bittersweet because it was an absolute positive experience living there. I haven’t lived in a rental community for over 40 years. So I really did not know what to expect. However, the property and amenities are beyond any expectations. The area is well maintained, it is quiet and concerns (rarely…if any) are taken care of quickly. What really makes the difference at the Vue is the people. From the moment we virtually toured the property with Assistant Property Manager, Christian, we knew we were in good hands. He was professional and kind from our first day until the last. When visiting the rental office we were always greeted with the most friendly staff. This is testimony to James the Property manager. Whether is was a member of the maintenance team or the front desk staff, we were always treated with kindness and respect. As a hospital administrator for over 20 years, I would hire any one of these employees to work in my hospital. I highly recommend the Vue on Lake Monroe as your next place of residence. You will NOT be disappointed!

  I have loved living in this apartment complex! I have been here for two years and I’m sadly moving out to head to a new part of Florida. This has been my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. Specifically, Christian and James in the front office have made this such a pleasant experience for the last two years. They always greet me by name when they see me around the property, and they are so attentive with any little questions I’ve had throughout the years. The maintenance staff is prompt- they usually show up the same day and are so friendly. The grounds are always clean, well maintained, and most importantly safe. As a single woman, this has been such a comfort to live in a community where I feel safe. I’ll be sad to leave, but would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking!

  I LOVE living here . The apartments are beautiful , bright , modern and new. The AC is amazing , the property is so well maintained and kept (they even mop the elevators almost every day), and the office personnel are friendly and attentive. The amenities are great and they are even making improvements regularly to offer us more … they put in backsplash in our kitchen since we’ve been here, and are adding to the gym, just put in a new fire pit , have beautiful grills. If you’re looking for renting in central FL look no farther because it will be hard to find any that compete. Many rentals in the area charge high rent and don’t maintain,update, or accommodate…. This place is so far above them (we’ve looked at many before finding Vue). P.S never rent at Sun Lake in Lake mary
