  Leaving the Vue was bittersweet because it was an absolute positive experience living there. I haven’t lived in a rental community for over 40 years. So I really did not know what to expect. However, the property and amenities are beyond any expectations. The area is well maintained, it is quiet and concerns (rarely…if any) are taken care of quickly. What really makes the difference at the Vue is the people. From the moment we virtually toured the property with Assistant Property Manager, Christian, we knew we were in good hands. He was professional and kind from our first day until the last. When visiting the rental office we were always greeted with the most friendly staff. This is testimony to James the Property manager. Whether is was a member of the maintenance team or the front desk staff, we were always treated with kindness and respect. As a hospital administrator for over 20 years, I would hire any one of these employees to work in my hospital. I highly recommend the Vue on Lake Monroe as your next place of residence. You will NOT be disappointed!

  I have loved living in this apartment complex! I have been here for two years and I’m sadly moving out to head to a new part of Florida. This has been my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. Specifically, Christian and James in the front office have made this such a pleasant experience for the last two years. They always greet me by name when they see me around the property, and they are so attentive with any little questions I’ve had throughout the years. The maintenance staff is prompt- they usually show up the same day and are so friendly. The grounds are always clean, well maintained, and most importantly safe. As a single woman, this has been such a comfort to live in a community where I feel safe. I’ll be sad to leave, but would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking!

  I have lived here for 1 1/2 years. The property is kept very clean, and maintenance tickets are almost always handled the same day. Front office staff is very quick to listen and resolve any and all concerns. I am very happy staying here.

  I’ve gone apartment hunting many many times and this was by far the sweetest team I’ve encountered. Love the area/community! Michelle was amazing in explaining things to me. The team there is awesome.

  Was really happy moving here. Everything new, they keep the grounds clean, Management is really nice and help out with whatever you need. My only issue is we should have moved on the fourth floor. The neighbors above us walk so hard like they are trying to come through the ceiling and let their child run back and fourth through the house all hours of the day and night. We know it's intentionally cause there are times we don't hear them at all. This will be the only reason we do not renew our lease. I recommend this place just get a fourth floor apt or you may be sorry like us.
