  Sharing my view as I spent lot of time trying to buy in this area: Visited this community, not worth for the money and quality. Owners feedback is negative, no amenities like kids park/dog park; owners faced many issues with quality of construction, specially water stagnation both sides of the home; no privacy in bed rooms, irritating HOA, false promises made by builder like boat launching area, walking trail, kids play area but none are real. Many buyers backed out. So don’t hurry and check all other near by communities and decide. Don’t go by brand name; heard everything built by local vendors who are not well experienced. Close to lake and almost half the property is in danger zone ; paying high premiums for home insurance. Some are not ready to provide insurance for homes in this zone.there are homes away from lake area like east grove and new communities are coming around airport; near I4 etc. Do your research and decide.

  Absolutely love Toll Brothers! This review is specifically about Christina Cox. I am a local realtor in the area and have worked with a lot of builder sales representatives, and Christina is by far one of the best. She truly cares about each customer and puts a great effort in guiding them, educating, and not being pushy just to secure a sale. She truly prioritizes the importance of building relationships and ultimately doing what is best for the buyer. A rare gem!
