ROACH and SILVERFISH infesting the apartment, bedroom and refrigerator breakers constantly tripping with no explanation as to why, paper-thin floors in which you can hear every footstep that your neighbors make, dog poop left throughout the premises, incomplete fixtures throughout the apartment, creaking doors and fans in each room, Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night for MULTIPLE NIGHTS. The absolute ONLY THING that this complex has that is good is maintenance. They are always timely and do whatever they can to assist. But that isn't enough to grant this place anything higher than a single star.

I have a 1 year old and the constant fire alarm going off is highly unacceptable. Hated are broken. My neighbor next door dog pooped in front of my door and LEFT IT there. Ontop THE SILVERFISH INFESTATION IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I spoke with multiple neighbors who are experiencing the same infestation. I caught one crawling on my bed earlier. Home defense is not enough for these things. Idk what to do and it drives me insane. Especially since it crawls on my walls and on my daughter’s clothes….. I am happy my lease is up next month so I’m moving on to a better home. I thought this place would be my forever home but it unfortunately is not anymore. The guy in the leasing office is very nice the maintenance man is nice. My dryer broke 3 times living here, which is also very frustrating.
