  I was looking for an apartment closer to work and many places were more run down in person than in pictures and staff were kind of discouraging. I came across The Drake and decided last minute to use my lunch hour to get some information not expecting a tour as I had no appointment. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, Jessica Thomas was absolutely amazing! She was thorough, patient with my questions, and very vibrant with a fun personality. She was able to get me an immediate tour of the property and by the time we were done, I was sold! Applied immediately and although I haven’t moved in yet, she was quick in responding placing my mind at ease and my move in process smooth. Such a sweetheart!

  Jessica Thomas was amazing to work with. Very detail oriented, organized, and passionate. It was Good Friday today and Jessica was the only person to give me a tour. I have toured a few different spots already, and no one was willing to show up like Jessica did today. Thank you Jessica!!

  I’d definitely suggest working with Miss Jessica; she was incredibly organized and friendly from the beginning, making the whole process so smooth. This is my grandson’s first place on his own, and Jessica made the experience flow effortlessly.

  I had such a great experience touring The Drake Apartments! My roommate and I walked in without an appointment and asked for a tour, and Jess—one of their leasing agents—took us right away with no hesitation. From the moment we met her, she was so personable, kind, and genuinely funny. She made us feel completely comfortable and welcome, which honestly made the whole experience even better. Jess showed us around the entire property and took the time to answer all of our questions. She really listened to what we were looking for, and by the end of the tour, all of our needs were met. It didn’t feel rushed or scripted at all—just super real and helpful. She was seriously such a sweetheart, and I just had to give her a shoutout! If you’re thinking about checking out The Drake Apartments, definitely ask for Jess—you won’t regret it 😊
