  I had the opportunity to work with Steve and Amanda to buy my first home in St. Pete. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the FHA requirements and were able to deliver on our tight closing schedule. They were also able to find the best rates of any lender or broker I shopped. Absolutely would love to use the Stapleton team again on my next purchase.

  From start to finish Steve and Amanda were a dream team! I knew every step of the way that I was in good hands and they made the process very easy. This is my first home purchase which was nerve wracking in the beginning but I felt as though they made it a simple process. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
