The pool area gives that resort feel , so every weekend feels like a vacation . Well equipped fitness center is so convenient! It is definitely a next-level complex. They recently hired a new property manager who is doing an amazing job , bringing the property up to the “luxury “ branding . Location is fantastic! Less than 5 min to the beach . Theres a Publix, Aldi, Fresh Market and many great dining and shopping options, all within a 10 min drive .

The amenities are great — the pool and community spaces are so nice. The staff is absolutely wonderful; Michelle R. especially went above and beyond to help us through the entire process. She was kind, responsive, and made everything so easy. We had such a great experience living here and highly recommend Courtney to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming place to call home!
- SGSelena GilbertOct 26, 20254.0My husband and I have lived at The Courtney about 2.5 years. I will say it does have a resort feel to it. 5 mins to the beach. We feel it is a safe area and safe complex. They are quick to fix maintenance issues. The building can withstand the worst hurricanes, no flooding and we didnt lose power. Dog friendly with a dog park in the back and a dog wash station on the 2nd floor of clubhouse. The gym is just enough to get in a quick workout. Garages are for rent also. Jeff and Kim in the office are great to work with. We have made quite a few friends while living here. Its a beautiful complex to walk around the property on a nice day. There is a playground for children and a walk in pool (we just wish it was heated for the winters). The location is so close to so many things. There is plenty of parking around. Yoy can walk to Walmart, Starbucks, Nail salon or Texas Roadhouse. There is the Veterans park with a boat ramp and park by the water right down the street. I will say we stayed on the 2nd floor our first year with someone above us and 6 months into it, we heard them walking all day and night and couldn't sleep. So since the. We have lived on the top floor. For the most part its pretty clean and they have done well with trying to keep things in order. We were blessed to find this place by just driving by and stopping in.

Dan is a remarkable person as well as maintenance person. Anytime I have needed or had a maintenance issuse he has demonstrated the willingness to assist and point me in the right direction of getting work orders established. I commend the Courtney at Bay Pines for having such an individual as Dan.
