I think most apartment complexes are priced a little outrageous for what they offer but I can not complain at all with my choice to move to The Courtney at Bay Pines. I can go on and on with great things to say but I’d be leaving a short novel here. All the staff as been extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Big shoutout to Jenn, one of the leasing/property managers, she was amazing in showing me the complex and making the leasing process go as seamless as possible(she is awesome). Great place, people, and community.

The pool area gives that resort feel , so every weekend feels like a vacation . Well equipped fitness center is so convenient! It is definitely a next-level complex. They recently hired a new property manager who is doing an amazing job , bringing the property up to the “luxury “ branding . Location is fantastic! Less than 5 min to the beach . Theres a Publix, Aldi, Fresh Market and many great dining and shopping options, all within a 10 min drive .
