In my 20 plus years here, these two are by far the worst in property management. Our admin is great, but we still won’t be continuing on with associa in 2026.

- YHYvette HeatlyDec 29, 20251.0I have had issues with my gutters not completely attached to the side of my roof since August 2025. As of today 12/28/2025, the issue gas not been resolved. I have attached pictures and videos of the rain coming down the side instead of going into the gutter. I have left messages on the site for Lori and Danny. Nothing has been done. Instead of sending someone out and knocking on my door so I can show them specifically, the requests have been closed. Most recently they assigned the board president Chad to repair the gutter, two weeks ago I was told it would be done that weekend, but instead they closed the work order and nothing has been repaired. This type of service is unacceptable for a property manager to completely ignore service requests while getting paid from community.

We have had so many issues with the front gate and I have not gotten much, if any help until Janiya joined. She is very professional and helpful, willing to listen and act on an issue to resolve it. She calls back when she says she will and her efficiency is very encouraging and appreciated. Great job!
