  If you ask me to describe this community in one word, it would be DIRTY! I would give 5 stars to the maintenance staff and no stars whatsoever to the management. It takes a leader and an empathetic problem solver to manage a community and its tenants but the property manager is far beyond these qualities. The building is beautiful, apartments are nice, however some of them are poorly maintained. Hallways, carpets, entrances, garage, stairs, dog park, forget about it, neglected and dirty. Location is perfect, pool and amenities are nice. Luckily the building was bought and new management will take over next week. Fingers crossed. I look at the reviews and all the stars this community got is because of the dedication of their maintenance team.

  I had a great experience with the maintenance team, Yociel and David were incredibly fast, professional, and helpful. They responded quickly to my request, fixed the issue efficiently, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. They were also respectful and friendly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate their hard work, thank you both!

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!!!! They have liars and thieves working in the building. I had items stolen by staff and the management is so lazy and unaware of how to run apartments. I had items stolen from my secured storage unit right next to my apartment door. There are only 2 keys mine and the one the leasing office initially claimed didn't exist. Then the police come to take my report and wow there is another key with a labeled tag and not kept in a secure place. Not to mention my spouse saw one of the maintenance personal a couple weeks prior in our storage unit with the door open and claimed he confused it with an electrical closet. SO ridiculous that I pay outrageous amount of rent plus extra for a storage unit that is supposed to be under lock and key. Do the math only 2 keys and I certainly didn't rob myself even the officer onsite could see this was an inside job. This is from the poor management and lack of protocols. I'm sure there is no key log or any other key controls in this poorly run location!!

  David was super quick and helpful getting all maintenance requests taken care of and giving me peace of mind in my apartment. Thank you David! Lee came to my apartment and fixed my ceiling fan. He was super helpful and a great guy. Thanks again Lee!

  David and Yociel in maintenance are fast and efficient. They always solve my problems in a timely and friendly manner if any issues arise.
