- GVGina VarroneFeb 25, 20261.0An absolute nightmare since the foundation was poured. We paid for third-party inspections during the build to reduce the chances of a major problem. We closed on our house in November and have been dealing with ongoing repairs ever since. It’s impossible to settle in since we are constantly shuffling our schedules to accommodate repairs. We expected a few minor hiccups and cosmetic issues but never imagined major plumbing problems or a gas leak. My husband likes to say that the free pool Pulte should be gifting us just keeps getting bigger with every problem that gets added to the list. I keep telling him not to hold his breath - we’ve yet to receive a phone call from anybody in upper management to acknowledge how terrible this experience has been or to thank us for being so patient.
