- CBCarl BehlenFeb 14, 20191.0This place is terrible. The lot rent costs as much as a mortgage, the management is extremely nasty and rude, they make up community rules when they want, and they try to be the community police way too much. I get living in a community that tries to protect the occupants and tries to maintain property value, but they have decided that being bullies to the people living there are more fun then doing their job. Also, do not invite your friends or family over, ever. They will randomly have their personal tow truck company come and tow your vehicles away. There aren't any parking signs, or rules posted anywhere, but they'll just come take vehicles on a whim. I'm quite sure that the management is getting cut backs on every vehicle towed.
