  G and Yolanda were so kind! They made the process smooth and efficient. Everyone I spoke to from the Mission Bay team was a pleasure. I just moved in and I’m extremely happy. Thank you to everyone at Mission Bay. Definitely will be recommending to others in the community.

  I would like to say that the process to get here was long and nerve racking but in the end it was worth the wait, and the one’s who helped me get here were very nice and helpful, thank you so much.

  It’s sad you have to write a review but it’s whatever if you come to mission bay please note they don’t care they will act like they care but they don’t I been havin issues for 2weeks now been callin I been emailing them no response I called Monday they said sb was comin out nobody came call them Friday nobody still came I’m over it they will hurry up put something on your door before they make sure your house is straight I paid my rent and they still will put something on the app when you ask them bout it they look lost I need help I can’t live like this anymore ps nobody still came and nobody still came out today is getting out of control

  Good afternoon, I applied at Mission Apartments today and met the most beautiful person in the world.Ma. Yolanda was great, helpful, kind and warm inside out with me applying for an apartment. She explained everything to me and I didn’t feel rush She made me feel right at home. Thanks Mission Bay I’m so glad to be apart of the family!!!.

  I have stopped by a few times over the course of two years while exploring housing options. Yolanda is consistently so kind and patient. I heard her repeat the same answers to the same questions about 14 times in an hour and she treated every single person who called or stopped in with the same enthusiasm each and every time. Customer-facing roles can easily become monotonous so that specifically stood out to me as a natural ability of hers. You can tell Yolanda genuinely cares and wants to help people find home and safety. Not to mention, she is also fluent in Spanish! Thank you, Yolanda & staff!
