  I am in the application process for getting an apartment here at mission bay, Mrs Yolanda is amazing. She has gone above and beyond taking the time to see me although it was close to closing time, and she had not stopped herself to take a lunch break for the day. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me, listening to my questions and explaining everything to me in a way I could understand it. She was never rude, nor short with me even though she had legitimate reasons to ask me to come back when the office would reconvene. Thank you, Mrs. Yolanda for making me feel important, and wanting to be apart of this community here at Mission Bay.

  Stopped by to check out the apartments and had a very positive experience. The leasing team was friendly and informative, and the property looked clean and well cared for. They answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend taking a look if you’re apartment hunting.

  Llevo 8 años viviendo aqui. Anteriormente el servicio y atencion eran muy bajos. La administracion no ayudaba al residente. Actualmente la nueva administradora, Sra. Adelaida, ha sido muy atenta y trae nuevas ideas para renovar y mejorar la calidad de vida en nuestro complejo. Se necesita mucho por hacer, pero se que ella lo lograra. I've lived here for eight years. Previously, the service and attention were very poor. Management wasn't helpful to residents. Currently, the new manager, Ms. Adelaida, has been very attentive and brings new ideas to renovate and improve the quality of life in our complex. There's still a lot to be done, but I know she'll succeed.

  I had a wonderful experience applying for my apartment. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The team was responsive, informative, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to the leasing agent, Ms. Yolanda , who assisted me — she was patient, professional, and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

  Would give zero stars if possible. Definitely the most incompetent and unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered. Was trying to get my elderly mother an apartment there and the communication was non existent, they continued to ask for more and more information, she qualified on paper but the “compliance” department wanted years of documents and even asked her to complete a hand made form to describe her financial transactions even though they are clearly marked on her statements with a + for a deposit and a - for a withdrawal. During one of my visits to ask them for clarification there was a family in the office screaming at the staff and telling guests not to live there, and that the property management personnel does not treat the residents fairly or with respect. We retracted my mother’s application and got the deposit back. I would not recommend dealing with this business. Try Hammock Harbor instead.
