  I have lived in this condominium for about 2 years, and my experience has been very positive. A big part of that is thanks to the excellent staff. Ms. Rosa from the office has always been kind, helpful, and attentive whenever I needed assistance. Likewise, Mr. Marcos from maintenance is very responsible, respectful, and quick to respond. Both of them have truly made my stay here pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to live.

  I want to express how pleased i am with the entire process of moving into the Abbey at Northgate. After meeting Rosa my leasing agent, she was very knowledgeable and on point pertaining to addressing all my questions and concerns. From my first uncounted at the office everyone there was nice and inviting. Rosa handled my application very well and quick. It probably took overall about 4 or 5 days from me submitting the move in required documentation to me being approved. It was quick. And I’ve been living here for about 2 weeks now and I’m pleased that I made the choice to move to The Abbey.

  BEWARE...Been here 3 years and nothing ever works. Don't come here. The apartments and area have many issues. The foundation is sinking and the apartment floor is sinking as well. They have a serious termite and Mold problem.  The Office worker is rude when you make complaints, and they don’t do nothing about it. The amenities don’t work, and we pay for them. The walking trail has been closed for almost a year due to it is sinking in the lake and they still not fixing it just telling us don’t use it and if you do it is at your own risk. The mold there is very bad I was always sink everyone in the house and they came out saying regular routine check and was snicking wiping off mold of the vents without letting us know.  Now we moved out, they made up the fee after we paid rent, and we left before the month/year started. When I call about the fee they act like they didn’t see nothing on they side. So do not move there. Nothing works, the water is bad, you can’t wash/ cook or drink it, and you will get sick from the mold and water .  They are stealing your money and not fixing anything.
