  The Oasis at Brandon staff are awesome! I can't say enough good comments about Morgan, Emmy, Emily, and the maintenance crew. They did a fantastic job making our move run smooth. The place is always so clean and well mantained.

  I gave it a month and a few weeks to be here to get settled in to leave a review and I must say I’m very impressed with this complex and their staff ,very welcoming. They acknowledge you. I feel very safe living here with my toddler. It’s very clean very well kept This complex has great people moving in and they are very respectful here. Everyone picks up after themselves. I have a beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment that I am in love with ,I’ve never experienced such a great complex to move in before and I hope it continues to give that same type of atmosphere and environment moving forward, but I just want to say I highly recommend This complex if you’re looking in the Riverview area. Amenities are a 10/10! Please check out the pool on your tour very kid friendly !

  Lived here for a year from June 2023-2024 before moving out of town. Had nothing but great things to say about the complex! The leasing staff was very friendly and answered questions I had sporadically during my stay. All amenities were kept clean and easily accessible. Work orders were seen and taken care of within 48 hours. If I lived in the area again I would rent through this company and complex again.

  To The Oasis At Brandon Picerne Real Estate I received extremely poor customer service from Morgan. I’ve been living here for almost two years. My monthly rent is always paid before or on time. Air conditioning always going out in this extreme heat. Trash overflow. The fire system alarm going off repeatedly during my remote work hours cost me $$$$ loss! It’s been one issue after another too numerous to write, very frustrated. My lease is up in December, $1800 plus for a one bedroom is simply not worth my hard earn money to receive such poor customer service. I expect 5 star customer service. My rent did go up by $87 bucks. I decided to renew my lease for the third year to give Oasis another chance to provide five star service. I’ll keep you posted! I will not be renewing a 4th year lease in December at Christmas. On two occasions, I was locked out my apartment with my hands loaded with documents, groceries or a 24 case of water and had to call the office. Morgan, the Leasing Manager repeatedly provided poor customer service in resolving the issue professionally. The maintenance man came was very understanding, professional and apologized for the door needed a battery. Savannah, on the other hand, the Property Manager was six months pregnant came and resolved my connection issue better than the Spectrum tech. A two year problem was resolved in minutes with her expertise. I was very angry with paying $110 for Spectrum and the connection not working for two years. I was back and forth on the phone with Spectrum with no resolve. Savannah understood my frustration, apologized and resolved the connective issue. Additional managerial customer service training needed for Morgan. The other staff were professional and friendly. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to my school and work schedule. The coffee area selection was exceptional!!! 11/2/25 Sunday at 9pm I had an emergency call to Oasis with the fire alarm going off repeatedly again at 9pm on a Sunday night out of no where. I wasn’t cooking and had the ceiling fan on. This is the second occurrence at a late hour the fire alarm went off. It’s such an inconvenience to me as a resident, especially at a bedtime hour. The battery recently been changed within a month and it’s going off again repeatedly without a contributory factor causing it. Trey answered the call to come replace it. A smoke detector needed replaced not a battery. It’s such an inconvenience. We’ve had so many problems such as lockouts, fire alarm going off during my remote work schedule at Oasis with Morgan. In Morgan’s retaliation towards me for this review she left a threatening warning letter on my door and forced a notice of vacate for voicing my frustration with the second lockout. This will be addressed with the owner. It’s a shame as seniors we didn’t receive five star professionalism with the cost value. John & Kim Howlett
