  Un poco decepcionante lo k está pasando últimamente, pues llevo 2 años en está comunidad y quisiera destacar que coincido con las inquietudes expuestas. Primero que nada lo referente a la música ya se ha convertido en un hábito el tener que escuchar desde hace ya 3 meses, a diario y a cualquier hora ese sonido estremecedor y vibrante que no deja siquiera poder oir bien la televisión ni tampoco dormir, y que también he planteado mi inquietud en la Oficina y no han resuelto nada de nada. Al menos enviar un Warning a los residentes, para ver si toman conciencia de no molestar a los demás, pues por supuesto esto no es casa de nadie. aqui estamos rentados y el k quiera musica alta que se compre una casa. Por otro lado y a pesar de que hace bien poco se pintaron todos los building, encuentro la comunidad más sucia que nunca, señalando en primer lugar a los propios residentes que no cuidan la limpieza. Yo en ocasiones me pongo a barrer el pasillo y hasta a limpiar con abundante agua, para ver al menos al frente de mi apto limpio. Es una pena una comunidad tan bonita, y el personal de oficina muy amable. Ojalá y todo cambie para bien. Y que sepan de alguna manera dar solución a esto

  Ms. Williams, I completely agree with your comment in every aspect, from the cleanliness to the inconsiderate neighbors who act like they live alone and blast their music at full volume, knowing that everything can be heard in these apartments. They don't care that we all have to work and get our rest, but that particular neighbor seems to live off government assistance, getting everything paid for, waking up at noon, and not caring about his neighbors who work hard. Unfortunately, I got stuck with this bad neighbor, but no matter how many times you complain to the office, they do nothing. All they care about is their company continuing to make money, without regard for the well-being of the respectful and responsible residents who chose this place for its supposed tranquility, cleanliness, and safety. And that's the least of what we have. We just have to wait for the weekend for that jerk neighbor to start his parties from Friday to Sunday. I don't know how he fits so many people in that apartment. So inconsiderate! It's infuriating.

  The complex may look “luxury,” but the quality of life here does not reflect the high rent residents pay. In addition to ongoing issues with excessive noise from certain residents (extremely loud music with vibrations strong enough to shake walls and floors), there are also serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene in the common areas. Hallways are often dirty and there are strong odors from pet urine. At times, the elevators also have unpleasant smells and appear not to be cleaned properly. There have been situations where pet owners allow animals to relieve themselves in hallways, near entrances, and even inside elevators without cleaning up afterward. This is not only unpleasant — it’s a serious sanitation issue and shows a lack of enforcement of community rules. Many of us pay high rent expecting peace, cleanliness, and professional property management. Unfortunately, complaints about noise and unsanitary conditions do not seem to be resolved effectively. Management should strongly consider installing security cameras in hallways and elevators. This would help identify residents who repeatedly violate rules, damage shared spaces, and fail to clean up after their pets. Without better enforcement, the property will continue to decline despite its “luxury” image. This place has potential, but until noise and cleanliness are properly addressed, the living experience here is far below expectations.

  Awesome staff and environment! The maintenance team is amazing to keep the property and amenities up to date as well as respond to my requests in a quick manner! The staff is also very friendly and are detail oriented about their residents which I appreciate! It has been great living here so far
