  Move in was amazing and Michele R. helped every step of the way. Communication was top tier she made sure to answer every question and every email. My family and I are enjoying living in our new home. Thank you Michele for everything and it was just in time before Christmas!

  DON'T MOVE HERE!!! NO SE MUDE AQUI!! My family has been going through a nightmare! Their apartment has mold and they have been dealing with the mold, having economic and material losses, to add that they have been sick very often and found out recently that the mold was all over the AC unit. They don't even care about people with disability. They are not even able to find a place for them to stay while the company cleaning the apartment was doing the whole cleaning process that takes about 2 weeks. I am sure media will be very interesting about this case as this affects our community, our most vulnerable people like individuals with disability, people with medical conditions and children. Don't move here if you don't want your health to be affected, having complications because the mold isn't something you can play with. There are serious health affectations. The management is the worst. They don't care about the people, their health, their safety. Please find a better place where to live for your own safety and your family's. It is a shame, because the administration before this one was better, very professional and at least my family did not face these issues. Stay away from this rent! Hurting families like this, it's evil ! that's the best description!

  I just moved in these nearly new apartments and I was extremely pleased. The rent is fair for what im getting. No parking issues , extremely clean. Veronica was extremely professional And Michelle r. Too. Very very sweet people joy to work with

  Poor Management! DO NOT RENT! I was one of the original tenants here and threatened to have my credit ruined and sent to a collection agency after having continued issues!

  Mucho cuidado con mudarte solo por el trato que recibes en el momento de aplicar y por las supuestas reglas de no fumar!!! Cuidado con 2 meses gratis !! Aprendí q en este país no hay nada gratis y no son gratis te los cobran !! Te aplican cargos extras por agua y por muchas cosas más!!! Te hacen un contrato y cuando vienes a ver terminas pagando mas de alquiler por un departamento de 1 cuarto que por una casa de 3 cuartos. Cuando se termina tu contrato te cobran una cantidad de dinero diciendo que tenías más días de contrato a pagar !!! Cuando te quejas por los olores a cigarro y a mariguana dicen q ellos no lo controlan pero te rentar un lugar para no fumadores y no hacen nada al respecto te dicen no fiestas pero solo pueden hacer fiestas los de su preferencia tengo fotos y videos de personas fumando y no hicieron nada al respecto!! No revisan récord criminal a los residentes así q mucho cuidado si rentas sola me tuve que ir 2 meses antes y seguir pagando renta por un vecino razista maltratador q hice una queja y no me llamaron ni para saber cómo me encontraba y encima me cobraron 709 dólares dicen ellos q debía de 10 días extras !! No es todo !! En la picina a horas de la noche gente ahí haciendo fiestas y tomando y fumando abajo de sus cámaras de seguridad y noche hacen nada tampoco!!
