- SGSheldon Gilton3 days ago1.0I prefer Nadia and the previous management. Nadia was very helpful and over communicated when I had questions and was very accommodating. The new management just implements changes unexpectedly, and then sends out communication to its residents after the changes have already been decided on. For example, I left for a weekend and came back to see there were "reserved parking" signs next to my building. Weeks later, an email is sent out that these spaces are going to be available for rent. I think it's nonsense to pay for parking spaces when (1. parking near your building is already limited or fills up quickly, and (2. I pay rent on time every month so why do I need to pay additional for a parking space when I was able to park in any space for free? For all that, just give assigned parking spaces to all the tenants. Plus, this new management has been here for months now, and there are no events or activities for the community. Abi and Joe (maintenance crew) are great and very responsive to request.

They save problems for later that grow into bigger issues , they are focused on the wrong things. For $2000+ a month at the very least you would expect to be able to get inside the front gate. They are quick to deflect , complain about other non issues , and gaslight their tenants. The old management was far superior , kinder , and better at their jobs. Huge downgrade.

From the moment i walked in, to the tour of the apartment, and the application process, she was wonderful. Overall it was a great experience. Even with the small hiccup with my email, the whole team was great and very patient. If you are planning on going to The Lucie i highly recommend working with Stacia.
