- TWT WaltersMar 20, 20261.0I moved in my apartment October 1st. The community as a whole has a good concept but fails in execution. Maintenance in my opinion is the backbone of a rental community but when the work is lacking then the experience follows. I've had a few service requests in my unit and I can say that the work performed is not up to expectations. The previous person whom lived in the unit had a issue with the master bathroom blinds/shades. Put in a request and they came out but it was CLEAR that whomever did the repair stood on my toilet to do the work instead of a ladder. Now I have to reopen the work order because the shades don't open properly. I have lived here since Oct 1st and between the parking which if you come home after 9-10pm you will STRUGGLE to find a space near your building or the dog onwers/people who don't clean up after THEIR OWN PET!! is ridiculous. Do NOT move here if you have a choice. When my lease is up I will be relocating.

Dogs barking all day, door slamming when neighbors enter and exit their apartments. Stomping on the floor. This building is terrible and I will have to continue to complain publicly for you all not paying attention to me when I do call to complain
