- SMStacey MartinDec 26, 20251.0Stay away from this apartment complex. I called them at 745pm on Friday to inform them that our bathroom toilet was not working and overflowing on the floor. We couldn’t use our roommates bathroom because they weren’t home and had their door locked. I Was told my their maintenance that they weren’t coming out and we needed to figure it out and hung up. For $2700/month was absolutely disgusting and terrible service. We’re waiting for our lease to end then we are out of here. Way too many issues, and this was just the icing on the cake .

From the moment we entered the leasing office, we were assisted by Geovanny, in Spanish, who was always friendly and competent. He showed us the best option according to our expectations. After two years living at The Atlantic Palms at Tradition, I can say that they have excellent maintenance service—quick and efficient. The truth is, it is a very good strategy to have people like Geovanny connecting with residents in perfect Spanish. Thank you!
